For the past few years, you've made thousands of them with us here in Downtown Farmington — and that's what makes this so hard to write.
Heights Brewing will be closing our doors for good.
This wasn't a decision we made lightly. Between the rising cost of goods, loan payments that kept moving in the wrong direction, and a few challenges we never saw coming, we've reached a point where we simply can't continue. But while that's how the story ends, it's not the part we'll remember.
What we'll remember is you.
This community welcomed us with open arms and gave us far more than a storefront — you gave us a home. Every friendship struck up at the bar, every conversation that stretched past closing time, every laugh shared over a flight and a plate of something good. Those moments were the whole point, and we are forever grateful for them.
Perhaps most important, we'll remember the gluten-free community. One of the greatest joys of owning Heights Brewing was watching someone's face light up when they realized they could order anything on the menu — no questions, no worry, no fine print. Seeing families, friends and first-time guests finally feel safe dining out meant the world to us. We're truly sorry we couldn't keep it going for you, and we hope you know how much joy you brought us. That's what we're going to miss the most.
Of course, the story of craft beer in Downtown Farmington doesn't end here. Farmington Brewing Company has been a pillar of this town for years, and we know many of you will keep making great memories there.
Please keep supporting the local businesses that make this community so special — they're the heartbeat of the place we've been proud to call home.
This isn't the ending we hoped for, but every last call leads to a new beginning. We don't know exactly where the road goes from here — what we do know is that our paths will cross again, whether it's around town, at another taproom, or somewhere completely unexpected.

Keep ‘Em Separated
Brewing delicious gluten-free beer, mead, cider and seltzer starts at the beginning. We built our production process to include a special room just for storing and milling gluten-free ingredients. Go ahead and cross cross-contamination off your list of worries.
So Fresh, So Clean
Who’s down with SSOP? Yeah, you know we follow Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures to make sure our entire production process is sanitized. That includes breaking down and thoroughly cleaning our tanks between brewing cycles and using separate hoses for our tasty gluten-free beverages.

You Can Savor
We use dedicated taplines to deliver our gluten-free beer, mead and seltzer to your glass, eliminating a potential source of cross-contamination. And we’re committed to frequently cleaning all our taplines to make sure each of our beverages bursts with full flavor that’s true to our brewmaster’s recipes. You’ll taste our commitment to quality in every pour.
